addressing includes data verification such as: Spelling out of obvious
abbreviations; Capitalization of obvious words (i.e. - First and
Last Names, Street address, City/State, etc.); Making suggestions on
etiquette formats; Checking addresses that
appear to be incorrect (we
do not check the accuracy of every address, as this would be out of
our control). Upon request, prior going to print, an updated
verification list can be provided to the client upon completion of
changes in Excel format.
Addressing may include several design suggestions, with unlimited
proof of changes PRIOR GOING TO PRINT.
